Study: Back Pain Has Similar Improvement With Yoga And Physical Therapy

A recent study has shown that yoga and physical therapy offer a similar result when treating back pain. It compared groups taking yoga classes, with groups receiving individual physical therapy. At predefined time intervals, the researchers measured the average pain intensity and disability. After 52 weeks, there were significant improvements in both groups.
