Avoiding Back Pain When Lifting Your Children Or Groceries    




These Exercises Will Strengthen The Core Muscles And The Lower Body    




One of the causes of acute back pain is improper lifting. It might happen when you lift the groceries, or if you lift your children or grandchildren. There is a correct way to lift heavy things without risking back pain. However, it might be the case that certain muscles are not developed enough to properly lift things. This happens when there are issues with core stability, lower body strength, and hip mobility. In this case, the muscles in charge to keeping the spine erect called erector spinae, must take the job, but they are small, not strong enough to do the heavy lifting, resulting in back pain.
