This Exercise Strengthens The Core While Breathing    




A Strong Core Prevent Back Pain And Promotes Proper Posture    




One of the best things to prevent and treat back pain is to have a strong muscle core. It consists of the muscles in the abdomen, sides, and back, which help support the body, along with the spine. A weak muscle core with transfer the pressure to the spine, overworking it and possibly wearing out the vertebra, which we generally result in back pain. There are exercises for strengthening the core, such as abs or planks. However, according to a Pilates instructor, there is a way to strengthen the core while breathing.
