Poor Sleep Can Make People More Vulnerable To Back Pain And Neck Pain




Sleep does not only repair the body and prepares the mind for the next day, but it is also related to the overall health. Studies have shown that poor sleep is related to hypertension, stress, anxiety, depression and cardiovascular problems, among others. Also, while chronic pain is one of the causes of poor sleeping, recent research suggests that people with no pain and poor sleep increase the risk of developing pain, such as back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain.
